Are Rothy's shoes machine washable?
Yes, all our shoes and bags are 100% machine washable. Simply remove the insoles, place them in the washing machine on a cold, delicate cycle with mild detergent, and let them air dry completely.
What materials are used to make your products?
Our signature thread is spun from 100% post-consumer plastic water bottles. We also utilize bio-based algae, natural rubber, and ocean-bound plastic to create our sustainable footwear and accessories.
How do Rothy's fit?
Most of our styles run true to size, but some designs like The Point or The Archive may feel more comfortable if you go up half a size. Since our shoes don't stretch much, they should feel comfortable right out of the box.
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure the original packaging is included when returning your order.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your new favorites sooner.
Do you offer a recycling program?
Through our Rothy's Recycling Program, you can bring your well-loved shoes to any Rothy's retail store to be properly recycled, helping us close the loop on fashion waste.
